Guitar Amps
At the
beginning of 2006, there were no significant changes in Carvin's
guitar amplifier lineup. The V3, introduced at the end of
2005, was featured prominently in a 2-page spread, and all other
amps remained the same.

The V3,
offered in half and full stack configurations, generated a great deal of
positive buzz as 2006 began. This 3-channel 100W amp was poised to be
the successor to the Vai Legacy, which was also still going strong.
Only time will tell if the V3 lives up to the Legacy, but early on, it
looked entirely possible.
